Regnum Carya (Belek): A full, joyful holiday with a 21-month-old
Merve spent 4 nights at Regnum Carya with her 21-month-old and gave it 10 out of 10. Waterslides, kids club, food at any hour of the day — and one small note of ours about the sea.

Merve went to Regnum Carya for 4 nights in June with her 21-month-old. She filled in the form without a single complaint right up until the "anything negative" question; and her score on the way home says it all: 10 out of 10.

Kids club, pools and waterslides: the child's kingdom
What Merve highlighted most was the sheer scale of the hotel: countless pools, waterslides, even a little zoo and a big kids club. She gave full marks to the family-experience category; she especially noted how attentive the support staff were. A setup where even with a 21-month-old she could say "we didn't get bored."
Food: at any hour of the day
She told us the range of food in the all-inclusive concept was wide, that they could find something to eat at any hour of the day; she was particularly fond of the patisserie. The food & equipment category earned full marks too.
The grounds: vast but well served
The hotel really is big; but she said the shuttle service made everywhere easy to reach, and that she could get around comfortably with the stroller. Her one caveat comes from exactly this: the grounds are so large that they can be tiring for anyone who isn't very active.
Our note about the sea
Here we'd like to draw attention to one detail. Merve gave the "Sea & pool" category a 5 — but answered "No" to the question "was the sea shallow and safe?" The pool side (a separate children's pool + waterslides) really is strong; however, for a 21-month-old, a sea that isn't shallow/safe is a genuine safety factor. That's why we independently pulled this category down a little.

Scoring note: "Sea & pool" is 16/20 rather than 20: even though Merve gave this category a 5, she answered "No" to the question "was the sea shallow and safe?" The pool side is very strong, but for a small child we independently took sea safety into account. She raised no reservations in the other categories.
