Miramare Beach Resort (Side): A compact, warm-hearted holiday with a 2-year-old
A shallow sea, a separate children's pool and a kitchen that "finds a solution for everything" — plus one note about the à la carte rule.

✓ Great if you're after
- A compact, refined hotel with a small child
- A shallow sea plus a separate children's pool
- Strong value for money
★ Its strongest side
The human warmth: kind-hearted staff and a kitchen that finds a solution for every child-related request — wrapped in a compact resort with à la carte service.
! Watch out for
- Only one à la carte reservation per stay
- There is a kids' club, but it's modestly equipped
A mother who stayed four nights at Miramare Beach Resort in Side's Kumköy in early July 2026 with her 2-year-old shared her experience through our form. Her verdict: 9 out of 10 — "I'd go back, and recommend it to a friend."
"For value for money, the hotel is magnificent."
A compact resort with warm service
The defining theme of this stay is scale and people: in her words, a "compact resort with à la carte service" where "the kind-heartedness of the staff" made everything lovely. The detail she highlighted most was the kitchen: a team that finds a solution for every child-related need — exactly the kind of flexibility families with small children hope for.
Sea and pool: fully equipped for a small child
The critical trio for a family with a baby or toddler is all here: the sea is shallow and safe, there is a separate children's pool, and getting around with a stroller is easy. Sleep, Hygiene and Sea all earned full marks.
The à la carte rule: know before you go
Her one honest criticism: the à la carte restaurant allows only one reservation per stay — with no extra gesture even for loyal guests who return to the hotel holiday after holiday. Best to save your single à la carte evening for a special night.
Kids' club: present but limited
There is a kids' club, but it's "not very well equipped". No problem at all with a 2-year-old; families with older children expecting entertainment programmes may find it limited. The Family experience score reflects this.

The Baby Proof Travel assessment
Scoring note: The scores are largely the mother's own ratings. Our single deduction is in Food & equipment: we independently reflected the one-reservation à la carte rule as 17/20 — while the kitchen's flexibility with children is what keeps this category strong. Family experience at 16/20 is her own rating and reflects the modestly equipped kids' club.
