The kids club: what she praised most
What pleased her most was the way the kids club is organised — in her own words, "the 0–4 area is separate from the 4-and-up kids club." So instead of a crowded, mixed space, her child spent time in an environment suited to their own age group. For families with little ones, that separation is the kind of detail that changes the whole shape of a holiday.
Sea, pool and safety
She found the sea shallow and safe, and there was a separate children's pool too. She gave top marks across hygiene, sea and food alike — precisely the areas that make you most anxious on holiday with a small child.
Food & equipment
A baby and kids buffet and a high chair were ready and waiting; she also found the resort flat enough to get around comfortably with a stroller — a meaningful signal for families with even younger babies, even though her own child is 3. She rated the overall value for money as "good" as well.
The one gap on the road to a perfect score: sound
On an almost flawless picture, her only reservation was the rooms' soundproofing: "Room soundproofing isn't great," she says. She adds one more thing: the hotel isn't really suited to child-free couples. In other words, this is clearly a hotel for families with children. She had given "Sleep & room safety" a 5/5; but because this feedback lands right on that category, we independently nudged the score down a little.
