Anda Barut Collection (Didim): Full marks in all six categories with a 2-year-old

A private pool right outside the room, the hotel's own beach, three included à la carte restaurants and a funfair that opens at night — and when they fell ill, a doctor came to the room.

✓ Great if you're after

  • A private pool right outside your room
  • A resort with a genuinely strong kids' club
  • A shallow, safe sea plus the hotel's own beach
  • A holiday where everything is on site — no need to leave

★ Its strongest side

The kids' club: "the best and most activity-packed of any hotel I've been to." There's even a funfair inside the resort that opens in the evenings.

! Watch out for

  • It's a busy hotel — though their note is clear: despite the crowds they never queued anywhere
  • The kids' club minimum age couldn't be confirmed ("I don't remember, but I think babies were accepted too")

A parent who preferred to stay anonymous spent 6 ultra all-inclusive nights at Anda Barut Collection (Didim) in September 2025 with their 2-year-old, and gave full marks in all six categories — an overall 10 out of 10. It's only the third time we've seen this on the site.

"If you want a good hotel and a wonderful holiday, I'd say choose this one. Especially for a child, it's a wonderful hotel."

Your own pool outside the room

Behind the perfect score for sea & pool is one concrete detail: "We had our own pool right outside our room. Beyond that, huge pools in the shared areas. The sea is lovely and it has its own beach." With a young child, being able to step straight into the water — no packing up, no walking across the grounds — changes the rhythm of the whole day. The sea was found shallow and safe, and there's a separate kids' pool too.

The kids' club and a funfair at night

The full marks for family experience point to the standout part of this holiday: "The kids' club was the best and most activity-packed of any hotel I've been to. There's even a funfair inside the resort that opens at night." They don't recall the club's minimum age but had the impression babies were accepted too — families with babies should confirm this when booking.

Food: three à la carte restaurants, all included

Food & equipment scored perfectly as well: "Their own food was superb. On top of that there are three restaurants inside the hotel — Italian, Mexican and so on — and they're free because everything is included." A kids' buffet and high chairs were available. There's also a patisserie on site, so there's something to eat at any hour.

The real story: what happened when they fell ill

The most memorable part of this experience is the kind that never appears in a brochure: "I fell ill at the hotel; on the last day a doctor came to our room, and they called the hospital themselves and directed us there." When something goes wrong on a holiday with a child, how the hotel responds can matter far more than the size of the pool. The perfect scores for sleep & room and hygiene come from the same place: "Quiet, and despite the crowds the rooms were spotless" and "Spotless, with very attentive staff."

Busy, but no queues

Asked for a negative, their answer turned into praise: "There weren't any. Despite how crowded it was, we never queued anywhere; the food was varied and delicious." Operations holding up at high occupancy isn't a given at large resorts. One line covers the layout too: "getting around was very easy" — and stroller access was comfortable.

In short: Full marks across all six — a pool outside the room, a strong kids' club, and service that holds up despite the crowds. The one open question is the kids' club minimum age.

Scoring note: The scores are entirely the parent's own category-by-category ratings; we found nothing in their written notes that contradicts them, and per our principle we don't deduct without a contradiction. Two caveats: (1) The kids' club minimum age wasn't confirmed — families with babies should ask when booking. (2) The stay was in September 2025; the "0–1 view" on the homepage recalculates this score through a baby's eyes.
